Ordering:

Once you have decided to make a purchase on our website: www.oliveandralf.co.uk please make your way to the ‘cart/basket’ and follow the instructions which will direct you to our secure payment facility.

Once your order has been processed we will issue you an email to confirm the details of your order. Please ensure to check details such as delivery address and email us immediately if there are any changes.

Delivery

Many of the items that we offer come from all corners off the globe, we try and keep a stock of as much as we possibly can. Sometimes we may await delivery on trending products. We will be as clear as we can on your expected delivery date as soon as your order has been placed. At this moment we only offer Mainland Delivery, however, please get in touch as we are happy to arrange a quote for postage on smaller items to the rest of Europe.

Delivery charges will change, dependant on special offers and the weight of purchased item. This information will be provided to you upon check-out.

We use Royal Mail & Parcel Force for Items up to 10kg.

Cancellation of Order

Should you wish to cancel your order, this has to be done before the item has been dispatched. You will be refunded within 5 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return an item, this can be done by contacting us with your order details and reason for return. Goods must be issued back to us in perfect condition and unused in all the packaging. Once back in our warehouse and checked, we will issue a refund within 10 working days. Please note that the item must be received by us within 14 days of original dispatch date from us.

In this unfortunate event, please contact us immediately on our contact page.

 

Usage of Photos and any related brand details

We encourage you to use our photographs, we ask that you credit Olive and Ralf Interiors.

 

Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure the items descriptions and specifications are correct, however whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software or the computer system you use. Please also note that handmade goods will differ slightly.
